熱塑性彈性體（TPE）系列中一種柔軟、可著色的特種熱塑性硫化膠（TPV）。它符合食品及藥物管理局（FDA）對重復(fù)使用的橡膠制品以及與非脂肪、非油性食品接觸的橡膠制品的規(guī)定，如封口和密封墊圈。此等級的Santoprene TPV具有剪切依賴性，可在常規(guī)熱塑性塑料設(shè)備上進(jìn)行注塑、擠出或吹塑加工。它是聚烯烴為基礎(chǔ)，完全可回收。

A soft, colorable, specialty thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) family. It complies with FDA regulations for rubber articles intended for repeated use, as well as those in contact with non-fatty, non-oily foods as closures and sealing gaskets. This grade of Santoprene TPV is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for injection molding, extrusion or blow molding. It is polyolefin based and completely recyclable.

Recommended for applications requiring excellent flex fatigue resistance. Recommended for applications requiring excellent ozone resistance.
